Key takeaways

  • White label rank tracking comes in two forms: a platform that shows rankings under your brand, often with a client portal, or a branded report you send. They suit different agencies.
  • On 14 October 2026, Advanced Web Ranking offered white label on its Agency plan and on all yearly subscriptions, so its Pro plan at $1,500 a year qualified. Nightwatch listed white label reports from its Professional plan, €199 a month or €159 a month yearly.
  • AgencyAnalytics charged $25 per client per month, billed monthly, for a platform with a white-label client portal, plus $50 a month per 500 keywords for its Rank Tracker add-on.
  • For 5 clients with 100 keywords each and one report a month, branded Rank Check Reports cost $899.40 a year, against $1,500 for AWR Pro yearly and $2,100 for AgencyAnalytics on monthly billing.
  • From the ninth client at 100 keywords, AWR Pro on a yearly plan costs less than monthly reports and tracks every week. Buy a platform when your roster is large, your clients want a login or you need frequent data.

White label rank tracking means your client sees rankings under your agency’s name, not your supplier’s. There are two ways to get it. A subscription platform hosts reports, or a whole client portal, under your logo. A branded rank check report is ordered per client and forwarded by you. The right choice depends on how many clients you report on, how often, and whether they expect to log in.

A disclosure: I run onwardSEO, which sells branded rank check reports per client, so read this as a vendor’s comparison. Every competitor detail below was read on the tool’s pricing page on 14 October 2026, and I kept a dated screenshot of each. Advanced Web Ranking, Keyword.com and AgencyAnalytics showed US dollars; Nightwatch showed euros because I opened it from Romania. Prices vary by location, and I have not converted any currency.

What white label rank tracking actually means

“White label” covers three different levels, and a pricing page doesn’t always say which one you get:

Illustration: three rising pedestals for three levels of white label: a report with your logo, a branded report on your own domain with the supplier mark removed, and a client portal dashboard.
Three levels of white label: your logo on the report, the supplier’s name removed everywhere, or a full client portal.
  1. Your logo and colours on reports. The PDF or web report carries your brand, or your client’s.
  2. The supplier’s name removed everywhere, often with reports hosted on your own domain.
  3. A client portal. Clients log in to dashboards that look like your agency’s own software.

Before you compare prices, decide which level your clients actually need. A client who reads one ranking report a month doesn’t need a portal to read it.

White label rank tracking tools compared (14 October 2026)

Tool White label on the pricing page Plan needed Price of that plan
Advanced Web Ranking Remove AWR branding, your own logo, reports on your custom domain Agency or higher, or any yearly subscription Pro yearly: $125 a month, billed at $1,500. Agency: $279 a month, or $251 a month billed at $3,012

Advanced Web Ranking

Screenshot of advancedwebranking.com/pricing, 14 October 2026. Top: annual billing. Bottom: the FAQ on white label and keyword units.

The FAQ on Advanced Web Ranking’s pricing page says you can remove all AWR branding, show your own company logo and host the reports on your own custom domain, on the Agency plan or higher and on all yearly subscriptions. That last part matters: the Pro plan paid yearly, $1,500 for 7,000 keywords, gets white label without moving up to Agency.

Read the keyword count carefully. AWR defines a keyword as one query a week, for one search engine and one device, 50 results deep. Desktop and mobile count twice, and daily updates count seven times. So 5 clients with 100 keywords each, on one Google edition, desktop and mobile, updated daily, use exactly 7,000 units, the whole Pro plan. Weekly, the same clients use 1,000.

Nightwatch

Nightwatch’s pricing page lists white label reports from the Professional plan: €199 a month on monthly billing, or €159 a month billed yearly (€1,908), for 2,500 keywords, with Looker Studio, unlimited user seats and API access. The Starter plan (€99 a month) covers 5 websites but doesn’t list white label reports, so an agency that wants Nightwatch under its own brand starts at Professional. Both come with a 14-day free trial.

Keyword.com

Keyword.com’s Search Visibility plan costs $7 a month for 100 keywords or $10 for 200, with weekly updates, Google only, and a white-label add-on “available for purchase”. The plan cards I captured don’t show the add-on’s price, so I have left it out of the cost example. Before the add-on, it is the cheapest subscription in this group for a small weekly Google list: $84 a year for 100 keywords, less than twelve of our 100-keyword reports ($179.88).

AgencyAnalytics

Two unaltered screenshots of the AgencyAnalytics pricing page from 14 October 2026: the core plan at $25 USD per client per month billed monthly with a white-label client portal, and the add-ons with the Rank Tracker at $50 USD a month per 500 keywords
Screenshot of agencyanalytics.com/pricing, 14 October 2026. Top: core plan, monthly billing. Bottom: add-ons.

AgencyAnalytics’ pricing page charges $25 per client per month on monthly billing, or $20 billed annually, and lists a “White-labeled client portal”, automated client reporting and unlimited reports and dashboards. Rankings come from the Rank Tracker add-on: $50 a month per 500 keywords, covering desktop, mobile, local and international rankings. This is a full reporting platform, and rankings are one part of it.

Branded one-off reports: how ours work

Annotated cover of the public sample rank report showing the client logo, the client name Northwind Hotel Systems, the check dates and the keywords, engines and depth line
The cover of the public sample report: client logo (1), client name (2), check dates (3) and what was checked (4).

A Rank Check Report is the report itself, not software. You send the client’s keyword list, website, Google edition and depth, and upload a logo and brand colour with the order. Within one working day you receive:

  • A web report: one self-contained HTML file with the client’s logo and brand colour. Forward it or host it.
  • A PDF: A4, same content, the file to attach to a client email.
  • An Excel file: three sheets of data (Summary, Keywords, History) that import into Google Sheets as they are.

Your client never needs a login. Each check covers up to 400 keywords on four Google engines (your client’s Google edition and google.com, each on desktop and mobile), to the top 30 or top 60. A repeat order shows the change against the previous check and the trend across your checks (for regular clients we keep earlier reports for 6 months). You can open the public sample report to see what a client receives.

One honest limit: it is not a dashboard, and there is no daily tracking and no alerts. Each order is one live check, Google only. The public sample’s cover also shows a “Prepared by onwardSEO” line. On bulk B2B orders we can change or remove it: ask us.

The cost of white label rank tracking for 5 clients

Bar chart of the 12-month cost for 5 clients with one ranking report each a month: AWR Agency monthly $3,348, AgencyAnalytics monthly $2,100, AWR Pro yearly $1,500, onwardSEO 200 keywords $1,499.40 and onwardSEO 100 keywords $899.40
Five clients, one report each a month, for 12 months. US dollar list prices from 14 October 2026; Nightwatch, shown in euros, is in the table below.

Assumptions: 5 clients, 100 keywords each, one ranking report per client per month, for 12 months, at list prices.

Option How it is priced Cost for 12 months
Rank Check Reports, 100 keywords, top 30 5 × $14.99 = $74.95 a month $899.40
Rank Check Reports, 200 keywords, top 30 5 × $24.99 = $124.95 a month $1,499.40
AWR Pro, yearly subscription $1,500 billed annually; white label included $1,500
AgencyAnalytics, monthly billing 5 × $25 + $50 add-on for 500 keywords = $175 a month $2,100
AWR Agency, monthly billing $279 a month $3,348
Nightwatch Professional €199 a month, or €1,908 billed yearly €2,388 or €1,908

Three notes keep this fair. AgencyAnalytics’ $2,100 buys a whole reporting platform, not only rankings, and I assumed one 500-keyword add-on covers all five lists (the page doesn’t say how devices are counted); on annual billing its core plan drops to $20 per client, $1,200 a year for five (the add-on’s annual price isn’t on my screenshot). AWR and Nightwatch keep updating rankings every week or every day for their price, while a report is one check a month. And with reports, a client who pauses costs nothing that month: you pay only for the clients who need a report.

Pay for the clients who need a ranking report this month, not for the ones who might.

When an agency should buy a platform

A subscription is the better buy in these cases:

Illustration: a chart where per-client report costs rise column by column as clients are added, crossing a flat platform cost line.
Per-report costs grow with every client; past a certain roster size a platform subscription becomes the cheaper option.
  • Your roster is growing. At 100 keywords per client, twelve monthly reports cost $179.88 a year, so from the ninth client (9 × $179.88 = $1,618.92) AWR Pro on a yearly plan is cheaper, with room to spare in its 7,000 units at weekly updates. At 200 keywords ($299.88 a year per client), the crossover comes at the sixth.
  • Clients expect a login. A white-label client portal, as AgencyAnalytics sells, or reports on your own domain, as AWR offers, look like your agency’s own software.
  • You need frequent data. Weekly or daily updates catch problems between monthly reports.
  • Rankings are one of many data sources. A reporting platform puts rankings next to everything else you report on.
  • You track Bing or YouTube. Nightwatch lists Google, YouTube and Bing; our report covers Google web search only.

When branded one-off reports are the better choice

  • A small or changing roster, where a subscription would sit half used.
  • Clients who want a PDF in their monthly email, not another login.
  • Quarterly clients, pitches and audits. A prospect gets a branded ranking report before signing, with no seat or project to set up.
  • Overflow: one large list for one client, once (up to 400 keywords per check; ask for a quote above that).
Illustration: a platform seat grid with most seats empty, next to an inbox where three client emails each carry a branded PDF ranking report.
For a small or changing roster, a branded PDF in each client’s monthly email beats a subscription that sits half used.

If you are building the monthly pack itself, our monthly SEO report template for clients shows where the rankings section fits, and our AgencyAnalytics alternative compares a full platform with a rankings-only report head to head.

If you’d rather have someone read the report and turn it into actions every month, that is what our SEO rank tracking service does. If you only need the branded numbers, order a rank report under your client’s logo when the month calls for it.

FAQ

What is white label rank tracking?

Rank tracking that your clients see under your agency’s brand rather than the tool’s. It ranges from your logo on a PDF to reports on your own domain or a full client portal. Ask which level a plan includes before you buy.

Which rank tracker is best for agencies?

It depends on your roster and how often clients want data. For many clients, frequent updates or a client portal, a platform such as Advanced Web Ranking, Nightwatch or AgencyAnalytics fits better. For a handful of clients on monthly or occasional reports, a branded report per client usually costs less.

Does white label cost extra?

Often. On 14 October 2026, AWR included it from the Agency plan or on any yearly subscription, Nightwatch from Professional, and Keyword.com sold it as an add-on. AgencyAnalytics includes its white-label portal in the per-client price, and our report includes the client’s logo and brand colour in every order.

Can I put my client’s logo on a Rank Check Report?

Yes. Upload the logo and brand colour with the order and the web report and PDF carry them. The Excel file holds the data for your own analysis.

Send each client a rankings report under their own logo, only in the months they need one, with no platform subscription.
