Who is responsible: Virtual Media SRL, trading as onwardSEO, Aviatorilor 3, Roman, Neamț, Romania. Contact: support@onwardseo.com.

What we collect when you order: your website, keyword list, chosen Google editions, cities and depth; if you add them, the name, logo and brand color for the report; your name, email address and country; if you add them, a company name, VAT number and billing address; and the order and payment status. Your card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them.

Why: to run your check, build and deliver your report, invoice you, and keep the accounting records the law requires. Legal basis: our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Who receives it: Stripe (payments); our Google results data provider, which receives your keywords and Google settings only — never your name or email address; HostGator, our website host; our accountant and invoicing software. We do not sell or publish your data.

How long we keep it: order form entries — including your keyword list and any logo you upload — are deleted after 90 days. Reports are kept at least 90 days, so that your next check can show the change against earlier ones, and at most 24 months after your last check; ask us and we delete them earlier. Invoices are kept as long as Romanian accounting law requires.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and a complaint to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP). Contact: support@onwardseo.com.
