Rank Check Reports: orders, cancellations and refunds

Who you buy from. Rank Check Reports are sold by Virtual Media SRL, trading as onwardSEO, Aviatorilor 3, Roman, Neamț, Romania, registration no. J27/436/2007, VAT no. RO21383197 (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@onwardseo.com.

1. What you buy. One check of the keyword list you send, on the Google editions, devices and depth in your order summary, and a report of the results — a web report, a PDF and an Excel file — sent to the email address in your order. A check is a snapshot of Google’s results at the time it runs. It is not a subscription and is not repeated automatically.

2. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. Before you pay, the order summary shows the price, any VAT and the total. You pay the total in full when you order — by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Every order comes with an invoice from Virtual Media SRL.

3. When your check runs. When you order, you ask us to start your check right away. We start it as soon as possible after your payment, and you receive your report within one working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, except public holidays in Romania. If we need to confirm something first — for example a Google edition that is not in our list — we email you before your check starts.

4. Why a started check is not refundable. When your check starts, we buy the Google results data for every keyword, Google edition and device in your order. That cost is paid at once and cannot be recovered. So once your check has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded — except as set out in 6 and 12.

5. Cancelling before your check starts. Until your check has started, you can cancel by email to support@onwardseo.com with your order number. We refund the full amount you paid. If you spot a mistake in your order (a keyword, your website, a Google edition), email us at once: if your check has not started, we correct it at no cost.

6. If something goes wrong on our side. If your check fails or is incomplete, or your report does not match your order (for example another Google edition, depth or keyword list), we run it again at no cost. If we cannot deliver a complete, correct report within 5 working days of your order, you can choose a full refund instead.

7. What is not a fault.

  • Positions that differ from what you see when you search yourself. Google personalizes results by location, device, search history and time; your check queries Google for the edition, location and device in your order, at the time it runs.
  • Keywords that do not rank within the depth you chose. They are reported as “not in top 30” or “not in top 60”.
  • Changes in Google’s results after your check.
  • Mistakes in the list or settings you sent. We check what you ordered (see 5 for corrections before the start).

8. Reporting a problem. Tell us within 14 days of receiving your report, at support@onwardseo.com, with your order number. We reply within one working day.

9. How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, in US dollars, for the full amount you paid including VAT, within 5 working days of our decision. Your bank may take a further 5–10 working days to show it. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount, so the converted refund may differ from the converted charge. We issue a credit note for the refunded invoice.

10. Quotes for more than 400 keywords. A quote request costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Our quote is valid for 14 days. An order placed on a quote follows these terms.

11. Payment disputes. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first: most problems are solved by a free re-run. This does not limit your right to dispute a payment with your bank.

12. EU consumers: your right of withdrawal. This applies if you order as a consumer — for purposes outside your trade, business or profession — and live in the European Union. It does not apply to orders made for a business.

  • You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of placing it, without giving a reason. Your right of withdrawal ends when your report has been delivered, because the service has then been fully performed. When you order, you ask us to start right away and confirm that you know this (the tick box in the order form; our confirmation email repeats it).
  • If you withdraw before your check has started, we refund the full amount you paid.
  • If you withdraw after your check has started but before your report is delivered, you pay for what we have provided until you told us, in proportion to the full price, and we refund the rest.
  • To withdraw, use Withdraw from contract here at onwardseo.com/onward-rank-check-reports/withdraw/, or send us a clear statement by email (support@onwardseo.com) or by post (Aviatorilor 3, Roman, Neamț). You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
  • We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.

13. Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
