1. Be Bold. Remove the fear of the unknown – that is Change! – from your mind.
2. Desperation should not drive innovation. “The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation. What is called resignation is confirmed desperation”. – Henry David Thoreau
3. Ask yourself every day: What assets do I have right NOW, that I’ve not taken advantage of?
4. Be obsessive in looking for the upside in the downside.
5. Be a Master of thinking both, Inside and Outside the box.
6. Be a great facilitator. Allow your Team to be creative, encourage them, and most importantly take time and listen to their ideas. Encourage your Team to put in practice, but asked them to monitor and report closely the changes.
7. Share the glory with your Team and offer the credit of success to that person who has stepped up and did the job done.
8. Be prepared for “foul weather” as well for “fine weather”. Having a well-thought-out plan ready to go in advance in the weather (foul or fine) is the key to success.9. Every detail is important. You have to know where you’re going to come out before you go in.
